Due to a Bug in the installer package for Lotus Notes 7.0.2 (English) it is not possible to deselect the Domino Enterprise Connection Services (DECS) from the feature list. And if you try to build a custom transformation package using the Install Shield Tuner for Lotus Notes 7, you notice, that you are unable to deselect it even there using the wizards.

 The solution is to edit the MSI database directly with the included "direct table editor" in the Installshield Tuner - this picture shows you how:
