In case you did not know it yet - there is another redbook being written right now in the very same ITSO lab in Cambridge. It is about customizing the Domino Web access Client for Lotus Domino. One of the authors is Wolfgang Fey from ebf. And he is bogging as well, and writing much shorter and ease readable postings than I do. You might want to check his blog as well.
